My overall objective is to manage problems with creative solutions, learn from the challenges with whatever is available, and enjoy leading by example. I've worked with remote teams for a decade and embraced all the knowledge they could provide.
Currently I invest most of my time researching trends, support online creators and managers on open communities building a relational network worldwide learning from their challenges. Occasionally proofread random websites and share with them anything I notice, also contact authors and artists saying how much I appreciate what they do. This is a great method to improve my soft and hard skills, stacking new experiences and challenges from the community.

As creative strategist, I've designed and supervised the agency output for multiple markets and regions. The team I've managed was incredibly dynamic and fast-moving, with multiple skills that I love to work on and with, this includes product issues and brand communication channels inside a market that is new to digital interfaces and channels. Also, managed the social media team and supervised the workflow between agency and clients to achieve the outlined objectives for each brand.

I've invested more time building insights and benchmarks analysing trends, technologies, brands/competition, new channels to improve brands presence.
Analyze and manage social media pages, read audience insights, manage campaign ads, plan and create a content strategy based on the brand's core values and goals to connect with its audience. Also, a lot of research to build a social media benchmark to improve brand social quality.
Planning, creating, and managing, get the right content to the right user at the right time. I have more interest in front-end strategy than back-end, like mapping user experience, developing a brand strategy, aligning business strategy, and user needs.

All the trade skills required to execute a campaign from the idea and research, layout and copy creation, media planning, and execution testing, to promote a product and brand through their communication funnels.
